Before we arrive, give your space some love with a pre-photoshoot clean-up and staging. While we might reposition a few things for that ideal shot, we can't assist with tidying or moving furniture (liability stuff, you know). So, make sure everything's sparkling and stylish before we step in!

Oh also, time is of the essence! If the property isn't ready as planned, don't fret. Depending on availability, we might be able to reschedule or we can just simply capture it as-is. Just keep in mind that extensive photo retouching can come with some extra costs and a bit of a wait. Plus there are some things that Photoshop just can't fix ;)

If things get a little wild out there, no worries—we can reschedule. But hey, as long as it's safe for us and our fancy equipment, we're up for continuing the fun! On cloudy days, we work our creative wonders with sky replacements for still photos, so you don't have to worry about waiting for that perfect day. For video, what you see with the sky is what you get, so we're flexible on the scheduling if we need to bump it to a different day.

Nah, reach out to us and we can work out some custom pricing. However, there is a $100 minimum regardless of the number and nature of shots.

For the Real Estate Photo Standard package, usually between 20-30, which includes 6 aerials. The Drone Standard pack is 15-20. The Drone Mini package is short and sweet with 5 shots.

The Drone Flyover could be anywhere between 10-30 seconds, depending on the property. The Drone Video production is usually 1-2 minutes. People have short attention spans these days, so longer is not necessarily better. We strive for a good balance.

We include 15 miles of travel from our office in West Boise in every project. Beyond that, we add $1 per mile to cover the extra drive time and fuel.
